10. Unheardof Restaurant

The name, a twist on chef Lynn Heard's name, is somewhat ironic, considering that the restaurant has earned a stellar reputation. Its menu changes frequently, depending on what's fresh and seasonal. Never fear, though – you'll always be met by fabulous food and absolutely incredible service. Dishes you might encounter include tenderloin of buffalo, veal medallions with chanterelles, and dilled Atlantic salmon, or Alberta beef, rack of lamb, caribou, free-range chicken, sea scallops and halibut. Entrees are served with an array of succulent side dishes, and the desserts are heavenly too. Try the turtle tart or the tri-chocolate mousse pâté for unparalleled richness.
