2. Café Select

This established café has long been a favorite of Edmonton's residents. It has a romantic Old World ambience and serves cuisine with a decidedly French flair. The list of starters includes fresh salads, calamari, escargot, oysters and the signature tomato soup. Entrees include fondue, pork chops, chicken, curries, lamb and a seafood ragoût . These well-balanced dishes feature mouthwatering sauces and come with vegetable accompaniments.
