7. South Edmonton Common

This huge shopping center is closing in on one million square feet of retail space and is still growing. Many large chain stores can be found here, including Michaels, Pier 1 and Wal-Mart. It doesn't have a lot of independent, unique stores that give a city its local flavor, but if you're looking for well-known businesses where you can return something once you get home (just in case), this complex is a good bet.   (© 10Best)
