1. Downtown Fridays

The Buzz -- Every Friday from mid-May to early August, the downtown area lets its hair down with live musical performances as well as special discounts and offerings from vendors. Downtown goers can find everything from free food buffets and special happy hour drinks to poetry readings at downtown bookstores and unique art shows at the Erie Art Museum. Perry Square, a local park with grandstand, features a mix of different local and regional bands throughout the summer.
