Q. A business has closed. Do you want to know?

Q. Can I enhance my listing with Photos?
Yes, photos may be uploaded. On the business listing page, under the photo, click on the add photo link. Your photograph will appear on our site momentarily.

Q. How can I change a review I already submitted or delete a bad review about a business I like?
A. Once reviews are submitted, they can not be recalled or revised, so choose your words carefully. You may, however, submit a follow up review or a rebuttal, where you clarify what's been said or offer a differing opinion. Please note that inappropriate, offensive, or incendiary language in any review will be deleted.

Q. The map you provide with a listing isn't showing the right location. Can you fix it?
A. In the bar below each business's name on its listing page is a "Corrections" link. Simply click it to tell us what we need to know. Please note that we contract mapping from a supplier and may be unable to map areas that the provider has not covered. In addition, sometimes it may be necessary for us to offer a general location for a business rather than exact coordinates.

Q. How can I get you to list my business or my event?
A. Our main lists are selected by our editors, and all businesses included on them are the result of their expert opinions. If you would like to see your business on 10Best.com, please go to http://www.10best.com/add/ to suggest it. Unlike our editor-selected lists, these listings are created totally by you and will appear only in the User-Suggested list.

Please note that it is our policy not to include competitor's website links on 10Best.com, even if they appear on your own webpage.

Q. How long is my Restaurant Gift Certificate good for?
A.In most cases Restaurant Gift Certificates are good for one year from the date of purchase, although there are exceptions depending upon the state you live in. For specific information, please read restaurant.com's terms and conditions.

Q. Can I use more than one coupon at a time?
A. You are limited to one (1) redemption per party, per month, per restaurant. Only one Restaurant-Specific Certificate can be used per party, even if the party is seated at separate tables and/or receives more than one check.

Q. Are there any restrictions for using Restaurant Gift Certificates?
A. When purchasing gift certificates, please be sure to read the restaurant's special instructions along with our standard terms and conditions for all of our gift certificates. The gift certificates may only be used if all of these terms are followed. Please Note: Restaurant's certificate inventories are limited but are replenished at the beginning of each month. For specific information, please read restaurant.com's Gift Certificate terms and conditions.

Q. What do I do if I attempt to use a Restaurant Gift Certificate and the restaurant is closed or not accepting my gift certificate?
A. This is a rare issue but sometimes restaurants go out of business or change owners without informing us. If you attempt to use a valid Gift Certificate and the restaurant is closed or not accepting your certificate, please contact Customer Service at info@restaurant.com (include your Gift Certificate number) or call us at 1-800-979-8985 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Central Standard Time and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday. Our Customer Service department will exchange your unused certificate for a credit to Restaurant.com. This will allow you to choose another restaurant or merchant certificate.. We appreciate your assistance in keeping our site as up-to-date as possible. You can help other customers by informing us about your experience.

Q. How are Restaurant Gift Certificates delivered?
A. Restaurant certificates can be printed out on your printer right at home or emailed to someone.

Q. Additional Terms and Conditions Applicable to Restaurant-Specific Certificates
A. All Restaurant-Specific Certificates are subject to the following additional terms and conditions, as well as any conditions listed under "Special Instructions" on the certificate itself. The "Special Instructions" are listed prior to purchase on the individual Microsites and listing pages. In the event of a conflict between the terms listed in this Section, and a Special Instruction on a Restaurant-Specific Certificate, the Special Instruction controls. Please review both these terms and the Special Instructions prior to purchase.

  • Limit one (1) redemption per party, per month, per restaurant.
  • Limit one (1) Restaurant-Specific Certificate per redemption. Only one Restaurant-Specific Certificate can be used per party, even if the party is seated at separate tables and/or receives more than one check.
  • Use of Restaurant-Specific Certificates for alcoholic beverages is at the sole discretion of the restaurant. Restaurant agrees to comply with all state laws pertaining to the same.
  • Restaurant-Specific Certificates cannot be combined with any other restaurant certificates, third party certificates, coupons, or promotions.
  • Restaurant-Specific Certificates cannot be used for taxes, tips or prior balances.
  • No cash value for Restaurant-Specific Certificates.
  • No cash back upon redemption or at any other time.
  • Valid for parties of two (2) or more unless otherwise stated.
  • Valid for dine in only unless otherwise stated.
  • The issuing of restaurant credit is at the sole discretion of the restaurant unless otherwise required by law.
  • Neither the seller nor the restaurant is responsible for lost or stolen certificates or restaurant certificates reference numbers.
  • Reproduction, sale or trade of this Restaurant-Specific Certificate is prohibited unless done so in compliance with the law.
  • Any attempted redemption not consistent with these terms & conditions will render the Restaurant-Specific Certificate void.
  • Void to the extent prohibited by law.
  • Restaurant-Specific Certificates can be exchanged for Restaurant.com Store Credit Certificates within 90 days of purchase date ("Restaurant.com Certificates," as used in these Terms and Conditions, refers to the certificates printed from the Restaurant.com website that are of general use and are redeemable through the Restaurant.com website or an affiliated site for any Restaurant-Specific Certificate or Merchant Certificate available at such time). No cash back on Restaurant-Specific Certificates.
  • Expire one (1) year from date of issue, except in California and where otherwise prohibited by law.
  • With 50% OFF certificates party size may not exceed 8 people.
