babb's is crap
First off, Babbs buys all there food from Sam's Club, including their desserts, so don't think that they offer any REAL food or anything special, if you can find a Sam's Club or a Walmart, you can eat Babbs food everyday. Second they are SO cheap, they charge you for using your credit/debit card, like 50 cents, granted it's not much, but they're so tacky that they don't include it in the cost of their items. It looks cheap and tacky. I will say they do offer good coffee and french press, but overall their service SUCKS, their food is okay at best and it's just not worth the time or money....if you want a cool local coffee shop, try Atomic, much cooler.

Babb's has an ambience like no other coffeehouse in Fargo. I'm able to spend my summer days in there reading a book, and nights chatting with friends and family. The service can be a bit slow at times, but overall, the experience is worth it.

Wow! Fabulous find for lunch. Their dark rye bread has flax seed in it and is the best I've ever tasted.

My only complaint is about micromanaging our experience. The barista came to our table to force us both to buy a drink immediately when we walked in (though we were regular customers who always order eventually--we just take a little while to settle in and will sometimes start with just one drink between the two of us) citing policy. There's an extra charge for using credit cards, as well. It just felt like we were being monitored when we wanted to relax. This drove us to another coffee shop as our regular location. Sometimes the service is a bit slow, but this is comparable to other coffee shops. The ambience is great; the location is excellent.

I choose Babb's over any place in Fargo/Moorhead! I love the art, and everything there is to look at. The service is like none other! Keep up the good work ;)

Wonderful people, magazines, food, and of course coffee! It has the perfect setting in the heart of Fargo. A peaceful place to concentrate on homework or just hang out.

This place is great. A big surprise in Fargo. I go to relax & chill with a big cup of white Chocolate Mocha & Dessert! I love going at night the ambience is awesome, they turn down the lights and its all lit up with accent lamps. I recommend taking a date or chilling with friends.

Love the Seattle theme since it's one of my favorite US cities...Takes me there when I can't be. Fabulous coffee and great owners!
