The Buzz -- In September, the Hogs roll into Fayetteville – no, not the U of A Razorbacks, but Harleys, some 50,000 of them. Indeed, this annual spectacle draws in bikers from around the country to enjoy the best the Ozarks have to offer, from spectacular winding mountain routes to the terrific West Dickson night scene, where most of the festivities in town tend to focus. Not just a bike rally, the festivities also include great live music and the ever-popular BBQ cook-off, which draws in the top grill-masters from all over the South and Midwest. Proceeds from Bikes, Blues, and BBQ help benefit the local chapter of Meals-on-Wheels. As BBB is a free event, they have no verifiable way to tell exactly how many attend this event but estimates range from 300-400,000 attendees and 50-100,000 bikes.
