NORTH FAYETTEVILLE.   A terrific place for the entire family, this friendly restaurant serves up something to suit just about everybody's tastes. Western-themed and often as loud and rowdy as the saloons of old, Colton's starts every visit with all-you-can-eat salted peanuts. From there, an appetizer like the Tumbleweed (a huge fried onion with a special dipping sauce) is sound prep for the main course, which can include anything from a 14-oz mesquite-grilled New York strip to a full order of smoked ribs.
