NORTH COLLEGE.   The menu and decor are all Bourbon Street at this North College eatery. Fresh fish and seafood allow owner-chef Maudie Schmitt to stun patrons with the full spectrum of her French Quarter heritage, as house specialties like crawfish etouffee, red beans and rice, and shrimp pontchartrain attest. Those with heartier helpings in mind will find the fried oyster and catfish dinners to be more than up to the task; po'boys and muffalettas are prime pickings for lunch crowds. The first time my wife and I had eaten here. Food and service was fantastic. Loved the atsmosphere. Having 5 star chef in the family,the food is all that!
