WEST DICKSON.   Northern Italian cuisine and a gorgeous Mediterranean-influenced setting steal the show at this upscale restaurant. Hand-painted murals and rich, vibrant colors mark the main dining areas, and the suave bar is a favorite with the professional crowd thanks to its spectacular wine list and some of West Dickson's most potent martinis. Antipasti dishes like wild boar sausage or mushroom puff pastry serve as perfect precursors to entrees of spinach fettuccine with asparagus and sun-dried tomatoes or grilled duck breast with blackberry sauce and braised red cabbage. A favorite ... you really just can't go wrong at Bordino's. A great wine selection, superior service, a varied menu all in a non-smoking atmosphere -- a great dining experience all round.
