One of the more unique of Fayetteville's dining traditions, Jose's has been around since the Carter Administration, when the humble yet festive restaurant and bar served up its first mug of cold cerveza. Jose's popularity has only grown, thanks in large part to a combination of great food and a fun setting. Salsa and margaritas mesh with terrific live music line-ups to produce one of the most happening scenes on West Dickson. Menu highlights include spicy beef tamales, poblano pepper rellenos stuffed with Monterrey jack, steak asada, and blue corn enchiladas stuffed with marinated chicken, cheese, and black beans.
