NORTH COLLEGE.   The sights, sounds, and aromas of the Far East shine through at Racha, a favorite with Fayetteville's young and trendy crowd. A meal here should begin with one of the alluring appetizers – the fried sweet potatoes are highly recommended – or a bowl of hot and sour or silver noodle soup. I Love Racha! I've been coming to Racha for many years and love it. The people working there are wonderful. I highly recommend starting off with the spring roles and getting the pad thai. Also, the mango with sticky rice is a huge favorite!
