2. Cape Fear Botanical Garden

A beautiful place to visit when the flowers are in bloom. Your imagination can run wild in one part of the park where normal sized items are made "giant size". Unfortunately, the park lies between two major routes and although you feel as though you are in the middle of nature, you can hear the rumble of cars. But remember, the first Saturday of each month is free! You can't beat that deal.
