8. Liberty Point

During the Revolutionary War, a group of patriots gathered here to pledge their loyalty to the US. In June 1775, they signed a document known as the Liberty Point Resolves, and a monument commemorates their resolve. The building that shares the land here is the oldest in Fayetteville, dating from the 1790s.   (© 10Best)
