FLAGSTAFF.   This boisterous tavern is a favorite collegiate gathering spot come evening. During the day, however, it's a pleasant place to stop for lunch and to catch the game on TV or to socialize with friends. Start with homemade onion rings or a bowl of black bean chili, and then shift to a thin-crust pizza, fresh salad, or juicy burger. Additional sandwich options include a reuben, cheesesteak, grilled chicken, or roast beef. Dinner entrees include grilled pork, steak, and chicken, and a full bar is available.
