FLAGSTAFF.   Inside this brewpub, dim lighting, straightforward decor, and an unpolished ambience give indication that Mogollon isn't an offshoot of any restaurant corporation. Nope, this is the real thing. If you like the promise of anonymity, the chance to sink back and enjoy your time out, this is the place. Try a Superstition Pale Ale or an Apache Trout Stout, and sample Mogollon's brewing prowess. Then, shoot a game of eight-ball and hang out until the band starts playing.
