FLAGSTAFF.   This restaurant-bar boasts charm galore, thanks to cozy fireplaces and its presence in an historic hotel. Ambience is terrific, and the menu features everything from steaks and burgers to seafood, sandwiches, and Southwestern fare. The bar scene attracts all sorts of folks, thanks to great draft beers, a full bar, and happy hour specials that comfort stressed wallets. Great beer, good drinks, an excellent scotch selection. Food has improved drastically over the years, they now have fabulous breakfasts too. Scene changes by night, might be frat boys, might be hipster types, might be hippies or suits. And they all tend to get along.
