3. It's About Coffee - The Factory

Well I was impressed with It's About Coffee when it was just a coffee roasting company! I could really tell they cared about putting out the best coffee (roasted and brewed). I'm even more impressed now that they've opened their Free Wi-Fi Cafe! While it's only open for breakfast and lunch 6 days a week (M - Sat), I have to say their Belgian Waffle is simply amazing! I believe it is actually an authentic yeast risen Belgian Waffle and with the optional chopped pecans it has become my favorite breakfast in town! Their 'Stomper' breakfast sandwich is pretty amazing too, real eggs, real cheese and a really thick ham steak. I have also fallen in love with their Strawberry Walnut salad; it is sooooo good (especially the homemade dressing)! They say their soups are all made from scratch and the ones I've tasted have been truly spectacular (tomato lentil, three bean sausage, chicken enchilada, white chicken chili, potato soup, split pea...every one I've had has been wonderful)! I've had the basalmic infused cheeseburger with the sauteed mushrooms and onions and wow...that is the best tasting burger I've had in...well ever. And of course the coffee is always amazing. The Stout Coffee is what they use to make all their mixed coffee drinks (like mexican mochas and caramel lattes)and it really makes a tasty coffee drink. The Factory has definitely become my go to place for good food and great coffee and because the prices are quite reasonable, it doesn't put too much strain on the wallet.
