FLAGSTAFF.   Certainly one of Flagstaff's best restaurants, Cottage Place has received kudos for both cuisine and wine. The comfy cottage dates from 1909 and is known for its top-quality menu. Amid a welcoming, unpretentious ambience, patrons choose from such delights as tournedos gorgonzola, Dijon-crusted salmon, char-broiled duck breast, and pork schnitzel.
