FLAGSTAFF.   Although this hotel restaurant is popular for its lunchtime buffet and delicious dinners, it also derives fame from its celebrated Sunday champagne brunch. The spread of foods is astounding, and patrons wander from station to station in awe of the temptations. Heartier dishes include prime rib, pastas, seafood, and various salads, but you'll also want to sample waffles, crepes, egg dishes, and breakfast meats.
