7. Late for the Train

FLAGSTAFF.   This cafe's name gives credence to the railroad's role in Flagstaff history, and the local enterprise takes great pride in its high-altitude roasting process. Special, exotic beans make the difference in flavor, and lattes, mochas, and cappuccinos showcase them beautifully.
