1. Battle Alley

HOLLY.   Battle Alley is a street in Holly that is only a few blocks long and has much historical value. The original buildings are there, most with apartments on the top floor and shops on ground level. Shop owners are currently working hard to renovate the buildings to imitate what they would have looked like in their heyday. You'll find antique shops, gift shops, the Holly Hotel and an ice cream parlor on this quaint street. Ask questions, for most of the shop owners are very knowledgeable about the Alley's history.   (© 10Best)
