This is the largest planetarium in Michigan. The Planetarium is hard to miss as it's the only massive dome-shaped building in this area. While you're here, be sure to walk around the beautiful outdoor area surrounding this $15 million complex, which includes the Sloan Museum and Flint Institute of Arts. Sculptures are scattered across the grassy areas, and you are welcome to have a picnic at one of the tables or benches. Contact the planetarium directly for information on the various programs they offer.
