The Buzz -- One of the most noted young talents to emerge in Cajun, Zydeco and Creole music, Cedric Watson is a fiddler, vocalist, accordionist and songwriter of seemingly limitless potential. Performing a variety of old-school zydeco styles, original material and Creole traditionals, the sounds of Africa and the Caribbean are unmistakable in this ensemble of talented musicians. Having performed with some of the great family names in Creole music including Dexter Ardoin & the Creole Ramblers, Jeffery Broussard & the Creole Cowboys and most recently the Pine Leaf Boys, Cedric is reviving old Creole fiddling styles by introducing his own personality and ingenuity, bringing them to an ever-broadening audience.
