NORTH OF FLINT. The owner of Fandangles has made this restaurant exactly what his menu says, "The Gallery for Artistic Palates." Not only is this an upscale restaurant, it's an entire artistic experience. Refreshingly light painted walls are adorned with local art, and the menus feature more regional artwork. You'll quickly find that every part of this dining experience has been thoughtfully created.

Lively people, house-brewed beer and plenty of prime rib make this brewpub incredibly popular. The restaurant consistently serves up succulent steaks, chicken and fish, and the tasty beer adds that perfect final touch to your meal. Come here early on the weekends to get a table without much of a wait. No smoking in the dining room, but you can smoke in the lounge, where they sell a wide variety of cigars and liquors and feature live music five nights a week.
