China Grill Ft. Lauderdale is conveniently attached to the Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Marina and launches its happy hour daily from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. offering a complimentary glass of Sangria. Dinner begins to be served at 6:00 p.m. daily. The establishment proposes the art of sharing with their menu items. The menu is Asian-inspired world cuisine. Items on the menu span from dumplings to salad to steak to seafood to chicken to rice. Outside and inside seating are available overlooking the inner-coastal way. China Grill Fort Lauderdale impressed my family and me greatly.The appetizers, salads, entrees and sides were incredible. In addition, we ordered off the Sushi menu and we’re impressed by the innovation and diversity of each roll listed. Overall, the food was exceptional, as well as the service. It is one of the very few restaurants which I've dined at where the decor intrigued me. It was fabulous to observe the open kitchen . I highly recommend China Grill Fort Lauderdale. The food and staff exceeded my expectations.
