SANIBEL ISLAND.   A distinct attraction on the Sanibel nightlife roster, Doc Ford's Rum Bar & Grille is a local favorite in Fort Myers. The club is fairly plain on the outside (aside from the palm trees painted on the sides), but the inside is always filled with jovial patrons playing old video games, watching sports on the big TVs or enjoying great food.
