4. Timbers

Plain or fancy, they do seafood the best! Yummy clam chowder, super crabcakes and cold delicious oysters. I can never decide what to eat.

We stay on Sanibel one week each winter and make sure that we dine at Timbers at least twice. We start our Sanibel escape with dinner at Timbers and say farewell with dinner. The seafood is second to none. The Crunchy seafood selections whether it is the platter, grouper or shrimp are the best. So is the shrimp platter. We have always had a wonderful dining experience. End dinner with the coconut cake. We will see you soon!
