7. Liberty Diner

Patronized Cosmos during the six years it took me to get through seminary. This is actually a beakfast and lunch place. They stopped serving dinner year ago, probably because they made enough money serving only two meals a day. Because the owners are Greek there are a few Greek dishes that are generously portioned like everything else. Visited a few months ago when I visited Fort Wayne for a day and the quality, cleanliness and friendliness are still good.

The employees are polite, and the owners, Petros and Georgia, are very giving people. Cosmos also has a clean environment, and the food is delicious.
