STOCKYARDS.   For a touch of Western flair, mosey on into Booger Red's. A mounted buffalo, saddles serving as bar stools, and authentic memorabilia remind guests what part of the world they're in. Named for bronc-buster Samuel Thomas Privett, the saloon is a great place to hang out and sample a tequila or savor a top-notch stogie. Beer, of course, is a mainstay, especially the Buffalo Butt Beer, a house signature. A selection of bar food is available if you want help dispersing the alcohol.
