STOCKYARDS.   In this intimate venue decorated with rustic elements, diners are wooed by incredible cuisine. Western culinary traditions, paired with perfect ingredients and careful preparation, result in such sophisticated dishes as blue corn-crusted Alaskan halibut, roast garlic-stuffed beef tenderloin and sweet coffee-rubbed kangaroo. You'll also find hand-cut steaks, buffalo rib-eye, Colorado rack of lamb and smoked pork tenderloin. Earthy side dishes include wild mushroom bread pudding, crawfish fritters and cilantro-lime mashed potatoes. Diners intent on sampling the luscious fare should make reservations well in advance. I had been there before, even recommended the restaurant to many people...it was great...however this time the service was lacking ....reminded me of New York City, but not...western bistro food.

Great place in the Stock yards area for real dinning satisfaction. The chef is great and the ambiance adds to the quality presentations of the meals.
