10. Six 10 Grille

Spacious and airy, this upscale bistro is a welcome find in the downtown area. The menu boasts a New American sensibility but gussies it up with international touches and flavors. Seared venison, beef tenderloin, a fresh catch-of-the-day, duck breast and pan-seared Chilean sea bass are well-received, dressed with rich, fragrant sauces and garnishes. Entrees also feature fresh vegetables and, invariably, a bit of color and sweetness courtesy of fruit relishes and infusions.
