Named after the ancient town of Byblos in the Middle East, this intriguing restaurant offers a break from the ordinary. The cuisine features authentic favorites like mezza (an appetizer sampler), hummus, moussaka, roast chicken, beef shawarma, falafel, and lamb. If you're not quite so adventurous, settle for a rib-eye or whole red snapper. Salads, sandwiches, and brick oven-baked pizzas can also be had. The lunch buffet is a spectacular deal since it invites culinary exploration without commitment to a single dish. Great Place for Lunch Byblos has a great buffet, but be sure to go early. If you show up towards the end of lunch rush the pickings can be slim. Chicken kabob as well as the beef stuffed squash are easily my favorite items. Enjoy!
