CITY CENTER.   As part of the Tigerpalast dining and entertainment complex, the best way to experience this fine restaurant is to book a meal followed by a show. A four-course set menu might include John Dory with glass-noodles and hot coconut sauce or lobster with asparagus and caviar. Each course is accompanied by an appropriate wine.
