Rustic, lodge-like decor, complete with massive timbers and a river-rock fireplace, set the scene at this popular restaurant, whose menu focuses on roasting and grilling. It's known for great service, and mention of the food alone is enough to make mouths start watering. Charbroiled steaks prove hard to resist, as do meaty ribs, but don't neglect broiled salmon, whiskey peppercorn chicken, and center-cut pork chops.
