Named for a French woman who touched the founder's heart during WWII France, this string of restaurants has a unique flair that couples New Orleans style with the charm of a French cafe. The menu follows this same sensibility, featuring homemade dishes filled with flavor. Look for braised pot roast, grilled beef liver, chicken pot pie, blackened salmon, pasta jambalaya, and rosemary-tinged roast chicken. Burgers, salads, sandwiches, and daily soups are also delicious.
