wish they had more vegan options
I have been to Irene's twice during lunch. The 1st time I went they were out of veggie patties so I left dissapointed . the second time I came I asked to host if they had any , he graciously walked to the kitchen and said yes , I was so excited, He sat me down I kind of told him my dilema and he seemed to genuenlty care he had a huge smile that made me feel comfortable. I waited a few minutes and the waitress took my order. only to find out that they have no vegan bread. I was honestly pissed off so I left , but to my surprise even when I was leaving Irene's visibly pissed the 2 guys behind the counter said thank you and be safe. that made me feel good . PLEASE IRENE HAVE MORE VEGAN OPTIONS I would love to come back. Michelle

Worst service in the entire city of Fresno - AND rude....

This has to be the worst service on Fresno- we have gone 3 times try to be fair and it gets worse everytime. Last time we asked for a men ager and were told "they don't have one' When we a"(I swear)Well- you oould complain to me but it wouldnt do you any good." Our food was cold and greasy except our ice tea- that was warm and watered down. I would never- ever- take anyone there again and I hope thry disappear real soon.
