10. San Felasco Hammock Preserve State Park

ALACHUA.   While visiting Gainesville, travel to the famous San Felasco Hammock Preserve State Park for a day of nature exploration. This Gainesville trail system features a pristine habitat that’s home to a plethora of local wildlife, like bobcats, deer, and foxes. The preserve also features over 9 miles of trails that allow bikers, hikers, and riders to explore the area with ease.
