3. Ember's

I attended Ember's grand opening this past Wednesday with my wife and was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. There truly is nothing else in Gainesville like it. From the red carpet entrance and the comfortable, well appointed dining area to the well valued and varied menu, Ember's takes it one step further.The service was perfect; The wine and martinis were abundant and well prepared; The surf and turf (prime filet with red king crab) is beyond great; desert was fantastic (and free for grand opening). I'll be back many many times.
