5. Ladies Getaway Weekend

The Buzz -- Since girls just want to have fun, the local chamber of commerce has orchestrated a weekend just for them! For over 15 years, ladies of all ages have gathered in Galena for the Annual Ladies Getaway Weekend featuring parties, shopping, demonstrations, tastings and teas. Merchants lay out the red carpet for their women shoppers, offering special services, great deals and plenty of pampering.
