5. Mario's Ristorante

The service is wonderful and the staff is incredibly friendly, but the food is horrible. The pizza was soggy and the sauce made everyone in my party gag; it was just bitter. Also, the restaurant was old and dingy and incredibly dark. The dessert bar that people had so raved about was dirty, making the desserts look stale and unappatizing. I would not recommend this restaurant. We only went there because websites rated it highly, but I have no idea why. We went to the restaurant before Ike, so this bad review was not caused by damages from the storm. You're better off ordering Papa John's

they have a great buffet friendly staff

This is the best place to get a pizza in town. The atmosphere is ideal for families and large groups. The service is usually friendly.
