Highly recommended by locals, this posh Parisian-styled bistro serves solely one of France's most popular dishes, entrecôte. Entrecôte, the beef cut between the 9th and 11th rib, is the house specialty and the chef prepares each steak exquisitely. The bistro's name means the crowned steak and, besides the tasty cut, the only other item the menu offers is a simple green salad. This is a indeed a very good restaurant in Geneva. The menu is more varied than indicated in your review, and there is a choice of 5 to 10 starters as well as the same number of main courses. Great friendly service by the chef.
