   EDITOR REVIEW:

The Griffin was originally opened in 1903 under the name of the King's Arms, in reference to the adjacent King's Theatre. Three bars make-up The Griffin: the Griffin Bar, the Griffinette, and the Griffiny Lounge. The Griffin attracts a wide variety of clientele, young and old. Conveniently located across the street from the theater, it is a great stop after a show.
