Upstairs at the Chip, as you may have guessed, is a bistro-bar that sits above the Ubiquitous Chip restaurant. It is frequented by a more distinguished and professional crowd rather than catering to college-age students. Buy your favorite wine by the glass or the bottle, or relax with your favorite beer, ale, or malt whiskey. You may see a celeb or two while you sip, so keep your eyes peeled.
