 EDITOR REVIEW: Housed in an elegant, respected hotel, this French-style brasserie is earning its own following thanks to old-fashioned ambience and excellent traditional French favorites. Steak frites, peppered salmon with noodles, and salmon fish cakes are a few featured dishes. The romantic interior is dim, with dark wood and ornate sconces. The French always have dessert and a sample baked orange tart with Chantilly cream or rich chocolate cheesecake should top off any meal. Reservations recommended. Business casual dress.
