Chef Meyjitte Boughenout has worked in many Michelin starred restaurants and focuses on exciting combinations of the freshest ingredients. The cuisine is modern French with an Australian twist, with dishes such as pan fried barramundi with lobster bisque. Dishes change regulalry with seasons. The wine list features more than 1000 wines – the sommelier will be happy to recommend a drop – and there are nine varieties of absinthe to try.
