A sophisticated, modern, funky restaurant and cocktail lounge with an artistic focus. Nine plasma screens showcase video art and music; there is brilliant lighting and the decor includes tree sculptures. Cuisine is French-influenced, with dishes such as grilled boneless quail with a chicken and truffle filling, braised onions and trumpet mushrooms with a parsley puree. The lounge menu includes duck spring rolls and salt and pepper squid. An extensive winelist offers around 250 wines – 10 reds, 10 whites and 10 champagnes are available by the glass.
