 EDITOR REVIEW: FREEPORT. An educational garden tour found right in Freeport. Growing plants without soil, or hydroponics, is the specialty here. Learn about and enjoy the five acres of sub-tropical flowers, plants and unusual exhibits. Part of the gardens is dedicated to the interesting Bahamian practice of "bush medicine." They are closed on Sunday and daily from 1pm-2pm for lunch. |
