SUPAI.   Located on the Havasupai reservation, this simple restaurant isn't elaborate, but it does offer a variety of filling fare for hungry diners. Cafeteria-style service is standard, and you'll find sandwiches, daily specials, and such Mexican dishes as burritos, tacos, and frybread (a local specialty that serves as the base for Southwestern toppings).
