From the outside, the building looks as if it could be a stop on the stagecoach route, and inside, the theme continues. You'll also eat like a cowboy, thanks to the preponderance of beef, which is grilled over an open juniper wood fire. Try a sirloin steak or a portion of chicken for a taste of old times; seafood and ribs also appear on the menu. Plus, most dishes come with hearty sides, so know that you'll eat well, no matter what.
